Scouts stuff, got more things to now.

For scouts stuff... normal unit meeting seems to be getting tougher

Just went for NPC briefing not long ago..
Very rushing, just came back from the market at 12.30
So i rushed everything and left for Scout HQ at 12.50, must be thr by 2 lol
So chiong to Bishan alrdy only to await the arrival of Marcus Lay jin xing.
So we walked thr together to realise we're late for the meeting. lol
Anw the standard of NPC has dropped, so the difficulty will be higher ):
Crap... esp the 12-6 no activities rule, scouting elements, and pioneering.
